❝Get off the fence and give it a go!

❝I really enjoyed flowprofiler®. I think it is brilliant! flowprofiler® is a journey not just a one-off training session.❞

❝The flowprofiler® has been an excellent tool for self-reflection. It’s helped me better understand my own behaviours and taught me how to adapt my approach to become a more purposeful and impactful leader.❞

❝Such a great tool – replaces 3 other assessments I’ve been using!

❝The course was great. Very easy to follow and Beck is terrific.❞

❝Love the flowprofiler diagnostic instrument. It has become an important tool in my coaching and development work. The flowprofiler interpreter training is excellent and their support team is highly responsive and very supportive.❞

❝While I have never been an ardent fan of any assessment, I have unconsciously become one as I have watched the awareness and growth I have experienced as well with every individual , leader and team who I have had the privilege to work with.  A straight forward tool that gives depth and meaning for anyone who wants to live an optimal life❞

❝Having participated in a number of similar programs, I found flowprofiler® to be one of the best, if not the best, I have done thus far. The questions posed to create your profile are not dissimilar to other programs but responding from the perspective of two different mindsets is what differentiates flowprofiler®. This allows for interesting and insightful discussions when reviewing the results and your profile. Personally, I found my own results very close to how I perceive myself and to how others perceive me, which makes the suggestions on how to ‘bend and flex’ to interact with others that much more useful. A great system, highly recommended!❞

❝We increased our retention of candidates in the first 6 weeks from 50% to 80% using this system.❞

❝flowprofiler® can really help people not only in their work life but outside of work too. I really believe that this is a great thing!❞

❝My experience of flowprofiler® has been overwhelmingly positive. My report helped me to understand much more about myself, highlighted specific dimensions I could work on in my own development while supporting others with theirs. I would highly recommend flowprofiler® for Personal, Team and Leadership Development.❞

❝The team session for resilienceflow® was very useful because the whole company was able to discuss change. The Zoom breakout rooms really allowed for in-depth dialogue and opened discussions that would not have normally been broached.❞

❝Personally, I thought flowprofiler® was great. It was me; I was reading about me on a page!❞

❝Taking the flowprofiler® assessments, I had the opportunity to become more aware of my strengths and was able to give myself the chance to work on elements of myself that I want to improve through the awareness created through the assessments. I find myself using skills that I have gained through flowprofiler® in my work and personal life.❞

❝The training was informative, well paced and covered the critical points succinctly. There was a lot of information that needed to be covered and the individual reports are also very lengthy, however it was pleasing to be able to review assessments (at a high level) and be able to properly interpret the results. Beck’s delivery of the material was engaging, the language appropriate for the audience and the general flow of the training and timing for breaks and testing was well judged. Iain’s contributions supported the training very well and again, language was well chosen for the audience.❞

❝A very insightful tool. The results helped me understand how I react to certain work situations both day to day and under pressure. I found the development report particularly useful to build an action plan for activating certain behaviours of underuse and being mindful of spikes in other behaviours.❞

❝We are excited and thrilled to share this new tool to support people grow, learn and give their best in their lives, personally and professionally. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to evolve and be the best version of themselves. Better people will make this a better world.❞

❝You need to face your “real self” when you feel you need to do something for change. For the first step, you need to grasp where you currently stand. The results of flowprofiler® revealed “me” and I could have a solid thought about what to do from tomorrow.❞

❝Great tool to be able to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of colleagues for recruitment and also once within the business to determine growth areas. Very accurate and insightful.❞

❝We increased our retention when onboarding candidates from 50% to 80% using flowprofiler®❞

❝It is an amazing tool to use.❞

❝Leadershipflow® has brought our organisational goals, vision and values to life.❞

❝The Pathway equipped our first-time leaders with the skills and mindset to succeed.❞

❝“Working with flowprofiler® has helped us truly live our value of Grow & Evolve.

They’ve supported us in spotting emerging leaders, leaning into our strengths, and building the emotional awareness to work better together.

It’s helped us understand one another, communicate more openly, and stay focused on our shared goals.❞

❝We’ve noticed a big shift in spending time and coaching our existing leaders and coaching our existing employees, and mentor them through change. It’s made them become more confident and mature in the way in which they lead their teams. They have filled in the questionnaire. It’s them. It’s their own feedback. To have that presented to them in the way in which we’ve sold it, it’s a gift!❞

❝The Leadershipflow® Pathway has made a huge difference for us as a leadership team.

I have seen a big shift in our leaders. It is really hitting home.❞

❝As I work more in the leadership space, I have found good people ‘killing’ themselves in their jobs. flowprofiler® has become the perfect diagnostic tool to help individuals become aware and then make the right choices.❞

❝It’s really had an impact on morale because we’re really investing in our people.  As a leader, you must adapt. You can’t have the same leadership style for all of your team. We’re all different.❞

❝The motivationflow® assessment was significant for me at a personal level. I realised I have built a highly professional, self-motivated and autonomous team that does not need to be managed. I equally learnt that what motivates me is delivering value to our clients and not necessarily growing or managing a bigger team.❞

❝I’ve found the programme to be both practical and simple in its approach, which has made it easy to apply the learnings directly to our day-to-day leadership challenges. The combination of theory with SkillSprints has been particularly effective, they’ve helped to reinforce the learning and kept our leadership team accountable to put new concepts into practice.❞

❝To have that insight into how people are day to day and under pressure can really help our leaders motivate, manage and set objectives.❞

❝Leadershipflow® helped me develop my leadership behaviours, apply clearer expectations with my team, and deliver measurable outcomes for the Club.❞

❝Understanding how individuals work both day-to–day and under pressure is especially important in hybrid working situations.❞

❝All of our Leaders have grown throughout the Pathway.❞

❝Comparing the results 12-months apart showed how the organisation can shift. This was relevant because of the external factors such as Covid-19.❞

❝As a leader, you must adapt. You can’t have the same leadership style for all of your team. We’re all different. We all will react differently to reward. We all will react differently to wellbeing. ❝Participating in a customised leadership program has been an incredibly valuable experience for our business. ❞

❝During Covid-19 there was a lot of uncertainty. Uncertainty about what we were facing as a world, country, community, as a business, employer, and as families and individuals. resilienceflow® was a great way of checking in with ourselves as individuals and checking how we were doing as a team. resilienceflow® gave us insights and language for our day-to-day and under pressure thinking and performance.❞

❝I’ve found the programme to be both practical and simple in its approach, which has made it easy to apply the learnings directly to our day-to-day leadership challenges.❞

❝I was shocked to see how much staff attrition was costing.

It made me think, why aren’t we spending more on retaining our talent?❞

❝We feel that flowprofiler® gives you a real insight into a person’s behaviour. It’s such an investment when we are making recruitment decisions. Recruitment, as we all know, is so expensive. To have that insight into somebody and to really dive into that as part of the interview process is just so valuable.❞

❝Using flowprofiler® is like the difference between a low-res and high-res photo. It gives structure, clarity and depth to the recruitment process❞

❝We just pull the system off the shelf when we need to.❞

❝flowprofiler® has also helped us in our onboarding process. It has especially helped us if there are any challenges with a recruit. We’re able to really coach this person and really try and make them a success. We can use the report to highlight where the developmental areas are and help them to make sure that they are in that flow zone day to day and when under pressure.❞

❝flowprofiler® have been great in giving us a detailed insight into our candidates we recently hired. Not only was this helpful in the recruiting process, but the data we’ve gathered from these assessments will help us in managing and developing our recruits and existing team into the future. I highly recommend these guys!❞

❝A great assessment to seek knowledge about how a person will actually work within a team or business. This could be an existing team member or someone you are recruiting.❞

❝We’re seeing that our leaders, our hiring managers, and myself, we’re making more mature and thorough decisions when we are recruiting. What this has allowed us to do is to really take our time and to really plan for the interview, and really be sure of what type of behaviours we’re looking for.❞

❝flowprofiler® is a great tool to get a better understanding of self and team. It has helped us clarify and articulate, for ourselves and the business, our future direction and strengths as a team and individuals. ❝The team reports are great! The team reports help us to understand the strengths of the team members and how we can grow together as a whole team.❞

❝The process highlighted areas where I could improve/work on to ‘grow’ and ultimately add more value to the team. I got insights about the team members which helped me understand them better. Easy to complete.❞

❝It’s rewarding to see the honesty and candour with which people share what motivates them.❞

❝The team session for resilienceflow® was very useful because the whole company was able to discuss change. The Zoom breakout rooms really allowed for in-depth dialogue and opened discussions that would not have normally been broached.❞

❝The team session was particularly useful as it gave us the process and opportunity to step through facilitated conversations, we would not otherwise have had. It gave us the language and the voice to say things and be heard constructively and safely.❞

❝Team sessions help participants to be clear about what they need from their organisation.❞

❝Whilst my individual report was a very accurate reflection of my management style, being able to collate this with the reports of our senior management team and review as a group proved incredibly useful. We came away with a much better understanding of how we can all leverage each other’s strengths.❞

❝flowprofiler® helps staff understand how to regulate specific dimensions of resilience and identify stress areas.
